I just ordered online. How soon will I expect to receive my online order?

 We do our very best to ship items within 3-5 business days of receiving the order.  Exceptions would be if it is a pre-order, or if we are waiting on more stocks. For international orders, delivery time will vary, depending on your location. In any case, we will definitely keep you posted on the status of your order. 

Can I add an item to my order, change an order, or return a purchase?

Please email us at [email protected]  for all customer service requests.  Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only. We are happy to exchange any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order. The customer must be pre-authorized prior to sending any items back for a return. 22 Tango Records holds the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements. All items must have original tags and/or packaging. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping cost.

We do not accept returns of physical and download products.  If the item is faulty however, we would be glad to replace them.  Please contact us and we will promptly get back to you.  

Which companies distribute your music online?

 Our albums can be purchased digitally through our artists’ bandcamp pages, or through digital stores like iTunes, Amazon, CDBaby, and GooglePlay.  Our music can also be streamed through Spotify, Amazon and other digital music services.
